SeniorGuidance.org

Well the headline for this says Assisted Living, Senior Housing, Senior Apartments but all I found was Assisted Living.  However, the site has great info about each state and city and various resources available there.  Also to get the costs one has to give them a name, email & phone number.  However, it does tell you the number of persons at each facility

From their website:

There are many senior living options for aging seniors. At SeniorGuidance.org, we are dedicated to helping seniors, their loved ones and their caregivers to find appropriate senior facilities and communities that may be of interest to seniors who are looking to retire or need special care. Some people will want to retire in the state where they currently live, but some will want to relocate for numerous reasons – to be closer to family, for better weather, for better services or simply to make a change in their lives. Below you can see all senior living communites inside every state in the U.S. On each state page we have also provided you with various senior living resources such as: overview of each city, various supportive services available from the state and federal goverment, senior assistance programs, best places to retire in each state, notable places of interest for senior living, assisted living costs and much more.

Elder Abuse Recognize it and know your rights

Specific definitions vary on what elder abuse really is, and those definitions continue to evolve. The WHO calls elder abuse “a single, or repeated act, or lack of appropriate action, occurring within any relationship where there is an expectation of trust which causes harm or distress to an older person”. It can be verbal, physical, psychological or emotional, sexual or financial. It can also be neglect – either intentional or unintentional.

Aging in Place — safety tips

From: 25 Tips To Make Home Safe For Seniors (Especially Those Living Independently)

To maximize safety for seniors at home, we must ensure a long list of conditions are met in each room: you need to optimize lighting, minimize clutter, use safe furniture, ensure you have a reliable monitoring and alert system in place, and make it easy for them to get help fast, if needed.

Loss of balance, depth perception & ability to navigate around the house… all of these can contribute to falls.  Checkout their website about the time a person is incapacitated perhaps from a fall, and the percentage found alive.
