Gaood service (bad service led to  warnings to 13 friends or relatives about this facility)

Delivering on promises: satisfaction decreased dramatically when service differed from what was in the contract

Those who used a referral service to find a hoe were generally more satisfied than those who didn’t

Convenient location was critical to residents.
